Transparency Statement
Last updated: March 1, 2026
1. Open Methodology
The algorithm that produces Reputation Scores is documented in its entirety on the Scoring Methodology page. We publish component weights, formulas, score bands, and confidence indicators so that any user can independently understand how a given score was calculated.
When the methodology changes—whether through weight adjustments, new components, or formula revisions—we update the Methodology page and note the change here with a revised date.
2. Data Sources
My Blog relies exclusively on the following data sources:
- User-submitted reports. Descriptions, behavior tags, and evidence (screenshots, archive links, post URLs) contributed by registered users through the report form.
- Publicly available account metadata. Handle, platform, follower count, and creation date as provided by reporters or publicly visible on the platform.
- Platform action status. Whether the platform has publicly banned, suspended, or otherwise flagged the account, as recorded by moderators.
We do not access private APIs, purchase data from brokers, scrape protected content, or use any non-public information. We do not collect the real-world identity of the individuals behind listed accounts unless that information is already publicly displayed on the account itself.
3. Content Moderation
All user-submitted reports pass through a moderation pipeline before publication. The Content Moderation Policy describes the process, prohibited content categories, enforcement actions, and appeal procedures.
We do not publicly disclose the identities of individual moderators for their safety. Moderation decisions can be appealed by contacting admin@botidentifier.com.
4. Aggregate Statistics
We are committed to publishing aggregate data about platform activity. This includes:
- Total accounts listed.
- Total reports received, approved, and rejected.
- Number of data-removal requests received and their outcomes.
- Number of active campaigns.
- Average moderation turnaround time.
These statistics appear on the admin dashboard and may be published in periodic transparency reports as the platform matures.
5. Dispute & Removal Rights
Any person whose account is listed on My Blog may request a review, correction, or complete removal of their listing. The process is documented on the Dispute & Data Removal page. We process all legitimate requests and publish aggregate removal statistics for accountability.
6. No Conflicts of Interest
My Blog does not accept payment or other consideration in exchange for:
- Inflating or deflating a score.
- Prioritizing or suppressing a report.
- Adding or removing an account listing.
- Favorable placement in search results or campaign pages.
Scoring is determined solely by the algorithm and the data that feeds it. Moderation decisions are made according to published policy, not commercial interests.
7. Limitations We Acknowledge
No community-driven scoring system is infallible. We openly acknowledge the following limitations:
- False positives. Legitimate accounts may be reported in error or in bad faith. Our moderation and reporter-reputation systems mitigate this but cannot eliminate it.
- Information asymmetry. We see only what reporters submit. Accounts may have context or explanations that are not reflected in the data.
- Lag. An account’s behavior may change after reports are filed, but the score will not reflect that until new data is submitted or a review is requested.
- Bias. Community-sourced reports may over-represent certain platforms, regions, or viewpoints. We monitor for systemic bias and adjust as needed.
8. Responsible Use
We designed My Blog as an informational tool for researchers, journalists, and concerned citizens—not as a weapon. A score is a data point, not a verdict. Users are expected to:
- Treat scores as one input among many, not as conclusive proof.
- Refrain from using scores to harass, dox, or threaten individuals.
- Report inaccuracies rather than amplify them.
- Respect the Terms of Service at all times.
9. Contact & Feedback
