Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the My Blog website, API, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using any part of the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding legal agreement to use the Service. By registering you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
One account per person. Automated bulk account creation is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit reports you know to be false, misleading, or intended to harass an individual.
Use the Service to dox, stalk, threaten, or incite violence against any person.
Manipulate scores by submitting duplicate or coordinated false reports.
Scrape, mirror, or redistribute data from the Service beyond fair-use limits without written permission.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security measures.
Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law.

4. User-Submitted Content

Reports, evidence URLs, descriptions, and other materials you submit (“User Content”) remain your responsibility. By submitting User Content you grant My Blog a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating and improving the Service.

We do not pre-screen all submissions but reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that violates these Terms or our Content Moderation Policy.

5. Reputation Scores

Scores are algorithmically generated from community reports and are not assertions of fact. See our Scoring Disclaimer for important limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original code, design system, scoring algorithms, and documentation are © 2026 My Blog and licensed under the GPL v2 or later where applicable. “BotIdentifier” name and logos are trademarks of the project and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY BLOG AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Blog, its maintainers, and contributors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination you must cease all use. Sections 7–9 survive termination.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, at our election.
